Yes — our arm sleeves are rated UPF 50+ and block over 98% of the sun’s UV rays. They give your arms consistent coverage without the need to repeatedly apply sunscreen underneath the covered area.

UPF, or Ultraviolet Protection Factor, measures how much UV radiation a fabric blocks. UPF 50+ means the fabric allows less than one-fiftieth of UV radiation through, blocking over 98%.

Worn over exposed skin, UPF 50+ arm sleeves substantially reduce the UV reaching your arms, which helps protect against sunburn from prolonged sun exposure. They’re not a substitute for medical advice or complete sun protection.

The moisture-wicking fabric pulls sweat away from your skin so it can evaporate, which can create a cooling effect in hot conditions. Many customers who work or train outdoors say their arms feel cooler with the sleeves on than off.

Hand wash your sleeves in cold or lukewarm water, no warmer than 86°F or 30°C, with a small amount of mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Gently rinse and press out excess water without twisting or wringing, then air dry flat or hang dry. Do not tumble dry or iron.

Cared for properly, the sleeves should not noticeably shrink or lose their stretch. High heat, bleach, fabric softener, and machine drying can weaken the elastic fibers and affect the fit over time.
