Most Armoray gear is designed as one-size-fits-most, built with stretch so it adapts to you rather than boxing you into a size chart. Here’s how each piece is meant to fit, and how to check before you buy.
Arm sleeves
Our arm sleeves are one-size-fits-most. The four-way-stretch Softretch fabric expands to fit a wide range of arms and stays put with a no-slip band at the top — no sizing decision required for most people.
They fit comfortably up to:

How to measure your fit
- Bicep: Wrap a soft tape measure around the widest part of your upper arm. If it’s 18 inches or less around, you’re in range.
- Length: Measure from the top of your shoulder down your arm to where you want coverage to end. The sleeves reach up to 46 inches of total coverage.
How they should feel
Snug and secure, but never pinching. The sleeve should hug your arm evenly and the top band should sit flat against your skin to keep it from sliding. If your arms are on the larger end of the range, expect a firmer compression feel; on the smaller end, a lighter, easy fit.

- Sweat handkerchief — Pocket-sized at 3.5 × 4.3 inches. One size; folds flat to slip into a pocket, bag, or glove box.
- Garden sleeves — One-size-fits-most, with the same no-slip, stretch-to-fit design as our arm sleeves.
- Boonie hat — One size fits most, with an adjustable chin strap for a secure fit in wind or motion.
- Skull cap — One size, made from 4-way-stretch fabric that conforms to most head sizes and sits comfortably under a helmet.
- Bandanas & gaiters — One size, designed to be worn multiple ways — headband, neck gaiter, or face cover.
