Yes. At every tier (2, 3, or 4 bundles), each bundle slot has its own country dropdown. Pick all the same country, all different, or any mix. The savings apply regardless of the country combination.

No — and that's the point. The bonus sleeves are solid black so you can keep wearing them all year, not just during the World Cup. Same UPF 50+ Armoray quality, just designed to work with everyday outfits after the tournament ends.

Each country has its own inventory. If your first-choice country sells out, you'll see it greyed out in the selector — but you can still build a mixed-country pack with whatever's left in stock. Brazil (300 units) and Argentina (600 units) are the most likely to sell out first.

Either. The Tier 4 default pre-fills with one of each country (the "complete collection" idea), but you can change any slot to any country. 4 USA bundles for a family of 4 USA fans? Go for it. Same price, same bonuses.
